Deep Task 2.0

Deep Task is a focused time-management tool designed to help users dedicate uninterrupted blocks for meaningful work. It centers on turning intentions into concrete tasks and structured focus sessions.

Why it works: By reducing distractions and offering distraction-free sessions, it translates the idea of deep work into a practical workflow. Inspired by Cal Newport's concept, the app emphasizes task clarity, a defined timer, and a straightforward path to progress.

1. Set Your Intention: Create your main task and break it into bite-sized subtasks
2. Claim Your Time: Choose your focus duration (up to 3 hours)
3. Dive Deep: Start your timer and enter distraction-free mode
4. Feel the Progress: Complete your subtasks and acknowledge what you accomplished
